Post-Compression
Audio files are converted to MP3 format after a certain time.
Convert To MP3
Activate the check box Enabled to enable the function Convert To MP3.
Convert After
In the field Convert After, enter the number of days after which the audio data is supposed to be converted.
The default value is 300 days.
Archive
Archive Storage
Activate the check box Enabled to enable the function archive storage.
Archive destination audio format
Click in the field Archive destination audio format and select the audio format for archiving.
Select the respective audio format from the drop-down list: − None − MP3 (default value)
In the field Archive After, enter the number of days after which the conversations are supposed to be archived.
The default value is 320 days.
NOTICE! Conversations are archived after a minimum of 90 days. When the function Archive Storage has been enabled, all conversations older than 320 days are transferred to the archive. Retrieving conversations is subject to extra fees and may take up to 15 hours. The archiving and retrieval process is managed by Microsoft.
