Information about the license packages

Usage-based billing of license packages for transcription, translation, storage, export, and import.

• Contingent packages
• Storage (Used/Bought)
  This storage is available for all users.
• ▪ When exceeding the booked storage, saving continue to be possible. The administrator is prompted to book additional storage packages. The fee for the additionally required storage is settled with the next invoice.
• Import (Used/Bought)

  Archive (Used/Bought)
• ▪ Customers receive a notification as soon as the predefined limit for storage consumption is reached.
  ▪ Once the limit of the capacity of the booked storage package (import, export, and archive storage) has been reached, no data transfer is carried out until a new package has been purchased.

• ▪ Once all hours of a booked analytics package have been used, no analysis is carried out until a new package has been purchased.

• ▪ Each user is assigned a fixed license.
  ▪ For each additional user, an additional add-on license is required.
