Record based on Meeting Invite
Record meetings with specific participants or organizers.
Only users of Recording Insights can be selected as meeting organizers.
Use case: A team leader wants all meetings that he organizes or to which he is invited to be recorded. He enters himself as the organizer and the email addresses of the regular participants. This means that every relevant meeting is automatically recorded.
- Select the option Recording after Meeting Invitations.
- The following fields are displayed:
- Click in the field Meeting Organizers.
- Enter the first letter of the name of a user.
From the drop-down list, select the corresponding user. - Click in the field Meeting Attendees.
- Enter the Microsoft login name or the email address of the meeting participants.
