Record based on meeting invite

Record meetings with specific participants or organizers.
NOTICE! Only users of Recording Insights can be selected as meeting organizers.

Use case: A team leader wants all meetings that he organizes or to which he is invited to be recorded. He enters himself as the organizer and the e-mail addresses of the regular participants. This means that every relevant meeting is automatically recorded.

  1. Select the option Recording after Meeting Invitations.
  2. The following fields are displayed:

  4. Click in the field Meeting Organizers.
  5. Enter the first letter of the name of a user.
    From the drop-down list, select the corresponding user.
  6. Click in the field Meeting Attendees.
  7. Enter the Microsoft login name or the e-mail address of the meeting participants.
