Record based on meeting invite
Record meetings with specific participants or organizers.
Only users of Recording Insights can be selected as meeting organizers.
Use case: A team leader wants all meetings that he organizes or to which he is invited to be recorded. He enters himself as the organizer and the e-mail addresses of the regular participants. This means that every relevant meeting is automatically recorded.
- Select the option Recording after Meeting Invitations.
- The following fields are displayed:
- Click in the field Meeting Organizers.
- Enter the first letter of the name of a user.
From the drop-down list, select the corresponding user. - Click in the field Meeting Attendees.
- Enter the Microsoft login name or the e-mail address of the meeting participants.
