Record or do not record internal meetings and external meetings whose meeting subject contains certain keywords.

Description

Allow list - subject

Record internal meetings with a certain subject.

  1. In the field Allow list - meeting subject enter one or several keywords that are supposed to be searched in the subject of the calendar meeting (meeting topic).
    • Several keywords (meeting topics) are entered separated by a comma without spaces between the keywords.
      Example: review,outlook
    • The keywords are matched with the meeting topics. A complete match of keyword and meeting subject is not required to record or not record the meeting.
      No difference is made between upper or lower case letters.
    • If no keyword is entered, the meeting is not recorded.
      Example: To suppress the recording of regular meetings until new meeting dates have been defined..
    • Meetings can be planned in the Outlook or Teams calendar.

NOTICE! The necessary rights Calendars.Read and OnlineMeetings.Read.All are assigned for Recording Insights by the customer during the onboarding.
The option Allow list - subject is available for all users who have been assigned this option.
