Recording Insights offers three main base license options: Entry Voice, Smart Base, and Compliance Base. Each license tier is designed to meet different operational, technological, and regulatory requirements. All base licenses are licensed per named user and per month, ensuring cost transparency and scalability. The availability of platform integrations depends on the selected base license:

• Entry Voice
• Designed as a streamlined and cost‑effective option for organizations with essential compliance needs. This license is restricted to Teams Voice Recording only and does not support additional platform integrations. Entry Voice is compatible with all available add‑ons.
• Smart Base
• Supports multi‑modal recording capabilities (voice, video, screen).This license supports Teams Voice and Teams UC platform integrations only and is compatible with all available add‑ons.
• Compliance Base
• The most comprehensive option for regulated industries and organizations with advanced compliance requirements. This license supports all platform integrations, including Teams Voice, Teams UC, Teams Chat, RingCentral, Genesys, Zoom, LeapXpert, and Mail Archiving. Fully compatible with all available add‑ons.

Customers can extend their selected base license with the corresponding eligible Platform Integration licenses to build a scalable, future‑proof solution. Additional Add‑Ons – such as advanced AI capabilities, storage and archiving solutions, export packages, training services, extended support offerings, and Customer Success Modules – allow organizations to further tailor the platform to their operational, analytical, and regulatory needs. NOTICE! Smart and Compliance Base Licenses cannot be mixed within the same tenant.
