S3 Storage

S3 Storage offers a flexible and scalable solution for storing data in the AWS cloud. The integration enables simple management and assignment of storage resources directly via the platform. Restrictions: Archiving and the use of asymmetric keys are not supported.

	Storage Location	Drop-down list of storage options provided by the system.
	Storage display name	Unambiguous, unique display name in Recording Insights.
	Type
	Cloud	NOTICE! Dynamic integration when activating: Cloud. Access Key Id: The unique identifier for accessing the AWS account. Is generated by the AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management). Secret Access Key: The secret key used with the Access Key ID to authenticate requests. This should be stored securely and confidentially. Bucket name: The name of the S3 bucket in which the data is stored. Must be unique within the AWS region. Default Region: The AWS region in which the bucket is located. Examples: us-east-1, eu-central-1.
	On-premise	NOTICE! Dynamic integration with activation of: On-premise. Access Key Id: The unique identifier for accessing the AWS account. Is generated by the AWS IAM (Identity and Access Management). Secret Access Key: The secret key used with the Access Key ID to authenticate requests. This should be stored securely and confidentially. Service Url: The URL of the on-premise S3-compatible service. Example: https://s3.mylocalserver.com. Bucket name: The name of the on-premise S3 bucket. Must be unique within the system.
	Check Validity	Checks whether the memory is accessible.
	Is active	Indicates whether the memory is active.
	Visible for assignment	If activated, the memory appears in the dropdown for “Regional” and “Global memory” for assignment. If deactivated, the memory can no longer be selected, but remains with already assigned users.
	Key Vault	Optionally, a regional key vault can be added (must already be created). The URL and the name of the key vault must be specified. The system checks whether the Key Vault is accessible.
	Check Validity	Checks whether the Key Vault is accessible.
	Save/Cancel	Save changes or cancel editing.
