Create ticket

You can use a ticket to report irregularities in the system. When creating a ticket, the problem can be described, a priority added and a document uploaded.

After creating a ticket, you will receive a Case ID by e-mail notification. The Case ID is required for further communication with the ASC support team.

  1. Click the button Add Ticket.
  1. The following window is displayed:

Upload Document

  1. Upload a document, photo or video to complete your description. The formats CSV, TXT, PNG, XLSX and others are supported.

Description

  1. Enter a detailed summary including key information such as error messages, timestamps and affected users.
  1. Click on the button Save to save the settings.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.
