Tenant Configuration as Reseller and Partner
The Tenant Administration Area enables ASC, Resellers, and Partners to manage tenant-related settings and configurations. This includes the ability to oversee associated customer tenants, perform administrative tasks, and define system behavior across the hierarchy.
- Click on the tab Settings.
- Click on the Tenant configuration button under the navigation bar to customize an existing tenant configuration.
- The following window is displayed:

Add Tenant : Add a Tenant.
Search for content.

Own Tenant: Information about the logged-in tenant.

Role Definitions
Reseller | Partner |
A Reseller is a tenant with elevated control over multiple customer tenants. Resellers can:

Resellers cannot delete tenants. This action is reserved exclusively for ASC and requires a secure deletion password known only to ASC. | Partners cannot manage licenses, create or delete tenants, or assign Partner relationships. |
Licensing View and Aggregation
- License and storage usage from all tenants under a Reseller/Partner are aggregated.
- The total is shown in the Reseller/Partner tenant using a calculator icon.
- This total is used by ASC for billing.
Replay and Entry List Permissions
For security reasons, only users belonging to the target tenant can replay or view sensitive data. Reports across tenants remain accessible, but content-level access is restricted.
