Name

  1. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the new Profile Rule that does not already exist.

NOTICE! When saving the Profile Rule, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another Profile Rule.

All Conversation Types

All Conversation Types = All Conversation Types are taken into account.

Custom Conversation Types = Only desired Conversation Types are taken into account.

  1. Choose one ore more Conversation Types
  2. Inbound: Only internal incoming calls.
  3. Outbound: Only external incoming calls.
  4. Internal: Only internal calls.
  5. Meeting (Internal): Only internal meetings.
  6. Meeting (External): Only external participation.
