Navigation

Adjust and define user configuration and tenant configuration.

The option Navigation is displayed depending on the user rules, see .

User Configuration

1. Click on the button User Configuration to add new and edit existing configurations or rules.
    See administration manual Recording Insights: chapter User configuration.

Tenant Configuration

1. Click on the button Tenant Configuration to define new and edit existing settings.
    See administration manual Recording Insights: chapter Tenant configuration.

Upload

Import own audio and video recordings.

1. Click on the button Upload to import your own audio or video recordings, see Upload.
    See administration manual Recording Insights: chapter Configure analytics rule > Analysis on demand.

Tooltip

A tooltip is a small pop-up window with a description of an element of the graphical user interface appearing next to the mouse cursor when hovering the cursor over the element.

1. You can activate or deactivate the function Tooltip by default.

Appearance

Select whether the default view of the tab Recording is supposed to be displayed in list view or in tile view.

1. Click on the button List to display the recordings in list view.
2. Click on the button Tile to display the recordings in tile view.

Switch Recording

Select whether all conversations are supposed to be recorded automatically.

1. You can activate or deactivate the function for automatic recording (bulk recording) by default.

It depends on the user rules whether the option Switch Recording is displayed.

Analytics settings

Select a default language for the transcript. It depends on the analytics rules whether the option Analytics Settings is displayed, see .

1. Click in the field Select a default language for the transcription to select a default language for the transcription.
