Introduction
This manual describes the usage of the application Recording Insights.
Recording Insights is a service to record, analyze, and assess corporate communication. In connection with Microsoft Teams Recording Insights enables the recording of audio, video and screen content as well as chats. Recordings can be searched for, replayed, transcribed, and translated into several different languages depending on authorization rights. In addition, existing recordings with audio, video and screen content can be imported into Recording Insights.
Recording Insights enables you to
- create rule-based recordings,
- display and replay recordings (rule-based),
- summarize recording activities on the dashboard.
Recordings with Recording Insights
Recording Insights enables you to create legally compliant recordings of communication in companies and contact centers.
Make sure to observe the corresponding rules and regulations in your country.
Recording Insights is started automatically with Microsoft Teams.
Conversations are always started actively by the user. Depending on the user rules, recording can be started automatically or manually.
Recordings with Microsoft Teams
ATTENTION!
The functionalities of Microsoft Teams Recording are NOT compatible with Recording Insights!
Recordings created directly in Microsoft Teams are not transferred to Recording Insights.
These recordings comply exclusively with the guidelines and data privacy policy of Microsoft.
Microsoft Teams offers simple audio, video and chat recording.
