	Option/Function	Description
	Frequency	Click in the field Frequency. Enter the number of repetitions of a keyword that have to appear in the transcript before a recording is sorted into a category. When using several keywords, the total number of keywords instead of mere repetitions of the keyword is indicative.
	Count unique keywords once	Activate the check box Count unique keywords once to count repetitions of keywords only once.

Example

Selected frequency: 5

If fewer than 5 repetitions of the keyword or overall hits of one or several keywords appear in the transcript of the recording, then no hit is displayed.
If ≥ 5 repetitions of the keyword or overall hits of one or several keywords appear in the transcript of the recording, a hit for the categorization for the searched keyword(s) is displayed.

Defined keywords from compliance categories are not taken into account. The hits refer to the categories of the user configuration.
