Download
There are the following options to download data:
- Audio
A ZIP file of the conversation is created. The ZIP file contains an XML and a WAV file of the conversation. - Download All Data
A ZIP file of the conversation is created. Depending on the recording, the ZIP file can contains an XML, a WAV, an MP4 and a CSV file of the conversation. - Download Metadata
The metadata of the conversation is exported as XML file. 
XML files cannot be opened directly with Microsoft Edge in the Microsoft Teams web app. In case of questions, contact your administrator.
- Download Metadata + Transcript
The transcript of the conversation is downloaded as CSV file.
Example Download: Download All Data (Export all)
- Click on the button Metadata + Audio + Transcript + Video to download the conversation.
- The following window appears:
- Select the option Download All Data.
- Click on the button Start to start the download.
- Microsoft Teams Windows app: The file is saved in the download directory of the client computer.
- Microsoft Teams web app: Click on the button Save As to download the file to the selected download directory of the client computer.
- Click on the button Close to close the window Download.
