Further options for analysis

To be able to create analytics reports, an analytics license must be available in the system and the corresponding analytics rights must have been configured for the user.

Calls with keyword

Only one keyword is allowed.

  1. In the field Keyword, enter the keyword to be searched to create a report of the conversations which contain this keyword.

Calls with category

Only already created categories can be selected.

  1. Click in the field Category and select one or several categories from the drop-down list to create a report of the conversations which meet the specifications of this category.
  2. Activate the check box to add the required category.
    Deactivate the check box to remove a category from the selection.

Policy Hits

Only already created policies can be selected.

  1. Click in the field Policy Selection and select one or several policies from the drop-down list to create a report of the conversations which meet the specifications of the policies.
  2. Activate the check box to add the required policy.
    Deactivate the check box to remove a policy from the selection.
