Further options for alarm configuration and send as mail

Depending on the user rules, the alarm configuration and the option Send mail are displayed.

Value Type

  1. Select the Value Type.
    > is greater than
    < is smaller than
    >= is greater than or equal
    <= is smaller than or equal
    == is identical with, same as
    <> is unequal

Value

  1. In the field Value, enter a number to define the threshold value for a notification.
  2. Example: 35 as required number of incoming calls.

Example Alarm (KPI: incoming, View option: Number, Value: Number, Period of time: Cycle: This month):
Value < (is smaller than) the result of the report for incoming calls.
If there are fewer than 35 incoming calls a day, a notification is sent to the indicated e-mail address(es).

  1. In the field E-Mail Address, enter one or several e-mail addresses.
    Use a comma to separate several e-mail addresses.

Check Validity

  1. Click on the button Check Validity to check whether the e-mail addresses comply with the specifications of the tenant configuration.

  1. In the field Start Time, enter the day and the time when reporting is supposed to start.

Cycle

  1. Define the cycle who often an e-mail is supposed to be sent to the recipient/s.
    In the fields Month, Day or Hour select the cycle.
