Automated language recognition and multi-language transcript
In countries with several official languages, multi-language transcripts can be configured. In the user rules up to 4 languages can be selected. Once the conversation is over, it is transcribed.
When more than one language has been spoken in the conversation, several transcripts in the predefined languages are created.
Examples below.
The recording is transcribed subsequently.
The more languages have been selected, the longer the transcription takes.
Each audio fragment of the recording is checked for the predefined languages which reduces the accuracy of the transcription.
If no match can be found among the predefined languages, similar sounding words of the selected language are used for the transcript, with uncertain result. In this case, manual transcription of the recording is possible.
