Remove recordings from conversation safe
Remove a recording which has been saved in the conversation safe directly in the tab Recording or in the tab Recording > Conversation Safe.
Remove saved recording from conversation safe
Example: Remove recording from the conversation safe directory Doc01.
- Select the recording to be removed in the tab Recording or directly in the tab Recording > Conversation Safe in the respective directory.
- Tab Recording
Recordings saved in the conversation safe are marked with the icon
. - Tab Recording > Conversation Safe
Open the respective conversation safe directory and select a recording. - Select the tab TTL in the detail view of the recording.
- Add to Conversation Safe
Click in the field (Select folders) Doc01 to remove the recording from the conversation safe.
- Deactivate the check box for the conversation safe directory Doc01.
- Click on the button Save to remove the recording in the conversation safe directory.
- The following information appears:
- Click on the button Remove to confirm that the recording is removed from the conversation safe.
Click on the button Cancel to cancel the process of removing the recording from the conversation safe.
- The recording is removed from the conversation safe.
Once the recording has been removed from the conversation safe, its original retention time continues to apply.
