Save recordings in conversation safe

Tab TTL (retention period)

Under certain circumstances, e. g. in case of litigations, recordings can be saved in the conversation safe permanently. This suspends the default retention time.

  1. Select the recording to be saved in the tab Recording.
  2. Select the tab TTL in the detail view of the recording.

Steps to save recordings in conversation safe

e. g.: Save recordings in the conversation safe directory Doc01

  1. Add to Conversation Safe
    Click in the field Select folders to save the recording in the conversation safe.
  2. The displayed directories are created in the conversation safe.
    NOTICE! To create conversation safe directories, the access right for user access - user rights > Conversation Safe is required with full access or restricted access available under user configuration > Tab Rules.

  1. Activate the check box for the conversation safe directory Doc01.
  2. Click on the button Save to save the recording in the conversation safe directory.
  1. The recording is saved in the conversation safe.

Display recording in the tab Recording > Conversation Safe

  1. Click on the icon to open the tab Recording Conversation Safe.
  2. Display saved recordings in conversation safe.
  3. Click on the icon to leave the tab Recording Conversation safe.
  4. The tab Recording is displayed.
