Tab Policy

The policies support compliance officers and compliance staff in analyzing and categorizing conversations.

Detected policies are displayed automatically and listed chronologically (first hit) in ascending order.

The configuration of the policies has been saved in the user rules.

Policy

Name of the deployed policy, e. g. EQA ADHERENCE PHRASES

Policy version

Version of the current policy. This helps to determine the exact version of the policy that is used, e. g. 1.

Active version

Indicates whether the policy version is active. The following system information is displayed:

  • Yes
  • No

Policy description

The deployed policies grant a quick overview of the purpose and content of the policy. Only content is listed here if saved in the policy, e. g.: EQA_CATEGORIES.

Based on

Display whether the Policy was created on the basis of a Policy rule, Categorization or AI Categorization. The following contents are displayed:

  • Policy Name
  • Policy Name

Risk rating

Risk rating of the analyzed data. The following icons are displayed:

  • Information
  • Attention
  • Warning

Policy results

Results of the analysis based on the deployed policy/policies. The details include:

  • The results of each policy is displayed with the mapped policy rule (in parentheses) and a time highlighted in blue.. e.g.:(Category) EQA_DAX test, test00:00:11 test, test00:00:11 test00:00:35 test00:00:41 version00:01:11.
  • For Adherence phrases the name of the question is displayed together with the time. e.g: (AdherencePhrase) EQA_PHRASE_DAILY_TEST 00:00:11 00:00:35 00:00:35.
  1. Click on the time displayed in blue to jump to this call section on the replay bar.
  2. Click on the icon to start the replay of the recording at the indicated position.
