Detail view tab Policy
The configuration of the policies is saved in the user rules.
The policies support compliance officers and compliance staff in analyzing and categorizing conversations.
Detected policies are displayed automatically and listed chronologically (first hit) in ascending order.
Compliance officers and compliance staff can see the following information:
- Policy
- Name of the deployed policy/policies.
- Policy description
- Description of the deployed policy/policies.
- Policy rule
- Name of the deployed policy rules.
- Risk rating
- Icons for risk rating:
- − Information
− Attention
− Warning - Policy results
- Here, the results of the analysis based on the deployed policy/policies are displayed.
− The result for each policy is displayed with the associated policy rule (in brackets) and the time in blue.
- Click on the time displayed in blue to jump to this call section on the replay bar.
- Click on the icon to start the replay of the recording at the indicated position.
