| Version | NOTICE! The version counter is started with the first saved change to the policy rule.
By selecting an earlier version, a policy rule that has already been created can be restored.
- Select an earlier version.
- Click on the button Restore version to save the version.
Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings. - The policy rule is closed.

| Name | - Changing the name is optional.
- In the field Name, change the existing name to a new unambiguous name for the policy rule.
NOTICE! When saving the policy rule, an error message is issued if the name already is used for another policy rule.

Description |
| Description | - Entering a description is optional.
- In the field Description, enter additional details and information about the field of application.

| Personal | Define who is supposed to see this policy rule.
- Activate the check box Personal to ensure that the policy rule is visible for you only.
- Deactivate the check box to ensure that all users with a compliance license can see the policy rule.

Trigger Types In the policy rules, define the trigger types from keywords, categories, patterns, adherence phrases, and compliance questions connected logically by means of AND or OR. |
| For the trigger type Keywords, custom keywords can be added in the policy rule. For the trigger types Categories, Patterns, Adherence phrases, and AI Questions only already existing categories, patterns, adherence phrases, and AI questions can be used. |
| Add trigger types | - Click in the field Trigger Types to add a trigger type.
The following trigger types are available: - Confirm the trigger type by clicking on the button Add.
- To create additional trigger types, repeat steps 1 and 2.

- Click on the button AND or OR to logically combine several trigger types.
- Select AND if the selected trigger types are supposed to apply simultaneously.
- Select OR if at least one trigger type is supposed to apply.
