Select trigger type Adherence phrases

With the trigger type Adherence phrases mandatory phrases (e. g. mentoring statements) are defined.

Add trigger type Adherence phrases

  1. Click in the field Select area to add to select the trigger type Adherence phrases.
  2. Click on the button Add to add the trigger type Adherence phrases.

Add and remove adherence phrases

  1. Click in the field Select phrase/s.
  2. Select one or several adherence phrases from the drop-down list.
  3. Activate or deactivate one or several check boxes to select or deselect adherence phrases.
  4. Click in the field to close the drop-down list.

In the parentheses behind the trigger type Adherence phrases, the number of selected adherence phrases is displayed.

Logical combination of several adherence phrases

  1. Click in the field Select connection to define the combination of the adherence phrases with AND or OR.
  2. Click on AND or OR to logically combine several adherence phrases.
  3. Select AND if the selected adherence phrases are supposed to apply.
  4. Select OR if at least one adherence phrase is supposed to apply.

Delete trigger type Adherence phrases

  1. Click on the icon to delete the trigger type Adherence phrases.
