Edit adherence phrases

Select the adherence phrase to be edited.
Click on the button Edit phrase.

Adjust the required settings:

	Option/Function	Description
Version The version indicates the number of changes made for the created adherence phrase rule.
	Version	NOTICE! The version counter is started with the first saved change to the adherence phrase rule. By selecting an earlier version, an already created adherence phrase rule can be restored. Select n earlier version. Click on the button Restore version to save the version. Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings. The adherence phrase rule is closed
Name
	Name	Changing the name is optional. In the field Name, change the existing name to a new unambiguous name for the adherence phrase rule. NOTICE! When saving the Adherence phrase, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another Adherence phrase.
Description
	Description	Entering a description is optional. Enter additional information and details about the literal phrase in the field Description.
Phrase Enter the word-for-word text of the adherence phrase.
	Phrase	Enter the word-for-word text of the adherence phrase in the field Phrase.
Adherence Define the accuracy/conformity value for compliance with the adherence phrase for the user.
	Slide control	Use the Compliance value slider to adjust the percentage of the formulation to be complied with. This setting forms the basis for recognizing the adherence phrases. The setting value ranges from not specified to literal.
	fallen below	Undercutting or exceeding the compliance value Activate the fallen below button to list the policy hits in a conversation when falling below or exceeding the match value.

Click on the button Save to save the settings.
Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.
