| Name | - Changing the name is optional.
- Enter a new, unambiguous name for the new conversation safe directory in the field Name.

| Description | - Entering a description is optional.
- In the field Description, you can enter additional information and details about the conversation safe directory.

| Assigned to | - Click in the field Assigned to.
- Select one or several users or groups from the drop-down list to be assigned access rights to the conversation safe directory.

| Add conversation by ID | Add conversations to the conversation safe directory:
- Users can enter or copy one or several conversation IDs in the field Add conversation by ID. Saved conversation IDs are displayed.
- Confirm each conversation ID in the field Suggested conversations.
- The added conversations are saved in the conversation safe directory upon saving.
Remove conversations from the conversation safe directory:
- Click on the icon
 of one or several conversation IDs in the field Add conversation by ID to remove the conversation from the conversation safe. - Upon saving, these conversation IDs are moved from the conversation safe directory to the tab Recordings or deleted depending on the configured retention time (TTL).
- NOTICE! Removing a conversation from the conversation safe may cause the conversation to be deleted irrevocably if the original retention time (TTL) has passed and if the conversation has not been saved in at least another directory of the conversation safe.
