Remove recordings from conversation safe

NOTICE! To remove a recording, you need the conversation ID of the recording.

  1. Select the directory from which the recording is supposed to be removed.
  2. Example: Remove conversation with conversation ID 411f5d00-****-****-****-ccac67a92a23 from the directory Doc01.
    * = placeholder for numbers and letters
  3. Click on the icon of the respective directory.
  4. Select Edit folder

  1. In the field Add conversation by ID, click on the icon of the conversation ID 411f5d00-****-****-****-ccac67a92a23 to remove this conversation from the conversation safe.
  2. The following information appears:

  1. Click on the button Remove to confirm that the recording is removed from the conversation safe.
    Click on the button Cancel to cancel the process of removing the recording from the conversation safe.
  2. Click on the button Save to remove the recording from the conversation safe.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the entries.
