Conversation type
The conversation type is a parameter which allows restricting the focus of reports to certain types of conversations. By selecting a certain conversation type, you can restrict the content of the report to the required communication activities.

Inbound Calls | Overview of all recorded inbound conversations. | |
Outbound Calls | Overview of all recorded outbound conversations. | |
Meetings | Overview of all recorded meetings, more than two participants. | |
Internal Calls | Overview of all recorded internal conversations. | |
Chat | Overview of all chats. | |
Uploaded Calls | Overview of all uploaded conversations. |
- Select one or several conversation types to display and break up the KPI types in detail.
- If no specific conversation type is selected, all conversation types are taken into account.
