Conversation Type
The conversation type is a filter parameter that allows you to restrict the focus of your reports to certain types of conversations. By selecting a specific conversation type, you can restrict the report content viewed to the desired communication activities.
Conversation Type | Description | |
Type Inbound | Overview of all recorded incoming conversations. | |
Type Outbound | Overview of all recorded outgoing conversations. | |
Type Meeting | Overview of all recorded meetings, more than two participants. | |
Internal conversations | Overview of all recorded internal conversations. | |
Chat | Overview of all recorded chats. | |
Uploaded | Overview of all uploaded conversations. |
- Select one or more conversation types to display or break down the KPI types in more detail.
- If no conversation type is selected, all conversation types are taken into account.
