Edit category

Compliance category templates

In the section Template Category category templates are displayed.

Only users with the respective administrator rights can create and edit the category templates.

Create a new and edit an existing category by means of a category template.

  1. In the folder Template Category, select a category template to be edited.
  2. Click on the button Edit category.
  3. Make the required changes.
  4. Click on the button Save to save the entries.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the entries.

  1. Select a category for editing.
  2. Click on the button Edit category.
  3. The following window is displayed:

You can configure the following settings:

Version
The version shows the number of changes to the templates created for this category.

Version

NOTICE! The version counter is started with the first saved change to the category.

By selecting an earlier version, a category that has already been created can be restored.

  1. Select an earlier version.
  2. Click on the button Restore version to save the version.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.
    • The category is closed.

Name

Name

  1. Changing the name is optional.
  2. In the field Name, change the existing name to a unique, non-existent name for this category.

NOTICE! When saving the category, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another category.

Only consider exact keywords

  1. Activate the check box if a recording is to be analyzed for exactly matching keywords.
    • Variations or similar terms are ignored

Button Import

Frequency

Specify how often a keyword should be found in a transcript in order to categorize the transcript, see Frequency.

Sentiment

Evaluate emotions positively and negatively.

The emotions are displayed in color in the playback bar, and the known keyword is also marked with the symbol.

Example: If swear words or threats are defined as keywords and the emotions are set to high, these keywords are displayed as red on the playlist.

  • The settings of the emotions are not yet evaluated.
