Edit category

Compliance category templates

In the section Template Category category templates are displayed.

Only users with the respective administrator rights can create and edit the category templates.

Create a new and edit an existing category by means of a category template.

  1. In the folder Template Category, select a category template to be edited.
  2. Click on the button Edit category.
  3. Make the required changes.
  4. Click on the button Save to save the entries.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the entries.

  1. Select a category to be edited.
  2. Click on the button Edit category.
  3. The following window is displayed:

You can configure the following settings:

Version
The version indicates the number of changes made for the created templates for this category.

Version

NOTICE! By saving the first change of the category, the version count is started.

By selecting an earlier version, an already created category can be restored.

  1. Select an older version.
  2. Click on the button Restore version to save the version.
    Click on the button Cancel to discard the entries.
    • The category is closed.

Name

Name

  1. Changing the name is optional.
  2. In the field Name, change the existing name to a new unambiguous name for this category.

NOTICE! When trying to save a category the name of which already exists, an error message is displayed.

Only exact keywords are considered.

  1. Activate the check box if a recording is supposed to be analyzed according to the exact keywords.
    • Variants or similar terms are ignored.

Button Import

Import own keyword lists, see Import.

Frequency

Define how often a keyword must be found in the transcript to categorize the transcript, see Frequency.

Sentiment

Sentiments are either positive or negative.

Emotions are color-coded in the replay bar; in addition, the spotted keyword is indicated by the icon .

Example: Defined keywords are swear words or threats and sentiments have been set to a high level with a red mark on the replay bar.

  • Defined sentiments are not yet evaluated.

Action based on categorization

Depending on the specifications of the categorization, the retention time is changed, see Action based on categorization,
