Total Number

Overview of all recorded inbound, outbound, internal conversations, meetings and uploaded audio and video files.

Recorded Calls To Total

Overview of all conversations held in relation to the conversations that have been checked according to the recording rules and saved subsequently. Displays the relation in percent or graphically as individual positions. Sorted into the following categories:

  • Total = all recordings including duplicates.
  • Recorded = actual recordings including duplicates.
  • Never Record = all conversations which have not been recorded due to no user in Recording Insights or recording rule Never Record.
  • NoStart = recording on demand, not started.
  • CallTry = conversation attempt not accepted.
  • Error = any error scenario.
