Total Number

Overview of all recorded inbound, outbound, internal conversations, meetings and uploaded audio and video files.

Recorded Calls To Total

Overview of all conversations held in relation to the conversations that have been checked and saved according to the recording rules. Display of the ratio as a percentage or graphically as individual items. Classification into the following categories:

  • Total = all recordings including duplicates.
  • Recorded = actual recordings including duplicates.
  • Never Record = all conversations that have been deleted due to no user in Recording Insights or the recording rule Never Record are not recorded.
  • NoStart = recording on demand, not started.
  • CallTry = conversation attempt not accepted.
  • Error = any error scenario.

Pending Archive

Overview of calls that are pending to be moved from active storage to archive storage. This report ensures transparency of the archiving process and displays the number of calls waiting to be archived. It is designed as a performance improvement, removing the daily archiving limit of 2000 calls per tenant. The process is optimized to convert/archive approximately 13,000 blobs per hour.
