Add phrase

You can use this function to add new AI Adherence Phrases. This is useful for capturing phrases that are required by law, for example, such as information obligations or declarations of consent.

Click on the button Add phrase.

Adjust the required settings:

	Option/Function	Description
	Name	In the Name field, enter a unique name for the new phrase that does not already exist. NOTICE! If you click save and a phrase with this name already exists, you will receive an error message.
	Description	Entering a description is optional. Enter in the entry field Description, enter additional details and information about the application field.
	Phrase	Define the exact phrase or statement to be recognized in conversations.
	Related phrases	Give alternative wordings that make the same point.
	Unrelated Phrases	Define phrases that sound similar but are not relevant to minimize false alarms.

NOTICE! Semantic analysis allows you to capture different wordings that have the same meaning. This improves the flexibility of conversations while maintaining the core message.

Click on the button Save to save the settings.
Click on the button Cancel to discard the settings.
