Change Dashboard

With a dashboard, reports can be grouped in a useful way and shared with other users. You can adjust the dashboard settings at any time.

  1. Click on the button Change Dashboard to edit a Dashboard.

NOTICE! Dashboard templates cannot be edited.

Header

Change the dashboard name. Make sure you use a useful name.

Owner

As the creator, you are always automatically entered as the owner. Add further owners or remove existing ones.

  1. To add an owner, enter the first letter of a user's name.
  2. Select one or more users from the drop-down list
  3. To remove an owner, click on the X symbol at the end of the user name.

Manager

Add managers or remove existing ones.

  1. To add a manager, enter the first letter of a user's name.
  2. Select one or more users from the drop-down list
  3. To remove a manager, click on the X symbol at the end of the user name.

Viewer

Add viewers or remove existing ones and specify what rights they should have:

Allow Entry List Access: Allows accessing the entry list. No download.
Allow Entry List Download: Allows accessing and downloading the entry list.

  1. To add a viewer, enter the first letter of a user's name.
  2. Select one or more users from the drop-down list.
  3. To remove a viewer, click on the X symbol at the end of the user name.
  4. Choose whether the viewer(s) should be able to access or download the entry list by selecting one or both checkboxes.
