Tab Clean-up

The function Clean-up allows removing individual sections of a recording.

The clean-up can only be executed during the first 90 days after recording the conversation. After this period, all open entries are discarded.

Add Mute

Define the section of the recording which is supposed to be removed.

  1. Click on Add Mute.
    A line is added in the table. For more information, see Point 2.

Delete Selected

Delete one or several entries for a certain recording section.

NOTICE! Only entries which have not been executed can be deleted.

  1. Click on one or several entries to select them.
  2. Click on Delete Selected to delete the selected entries.

Table and input screen

The table contains an overview of the recording sections which are supposed to be removed or already have been removed. The following information can be removed from or added to the table:

  • Executed: Displays whether the clean-up has been executed.
  • Start: Displays when the clean-up starts.
  • Stop: Displays when the clean-up stops.
  • Muted on: Displays when the clean-up has been added.
  • Muted by: Displays who has added the clean-up.
  • Note: Displays why the clean-up has been created.
  1. Click on Save to save the entries of the clean-up.
    NOTICE! Once the entry has been saved, it cannot be edited any longer but must be deleted.
  2. Click on Execute to execute the clean-up of the recording.
    NOTICE! The execution of the clean-up must be confirmed in Confirm Clean-Up . Confirm Clean-Up indicates that you cannot revoke the clean-up once it has been executed.
