Copilot in Chat
Accessing the ASC Copilot Agent from a Teams chat is another way to use the agent within the Teams application. This method allows users to engage with the agent directly in the context of ongoing conversations. The available options are:
- Find Recording: Search for any recording. Note that the default period is 7 days in the past if not specified.
- ASC Start & Stop Recording: Start and stop a recording during a ongoing conversation.
- Policy Hits for specific policy: Search for recordings based on specific policy.
- Policy Hits for any policy name: Search for recordings with any policy hit.
- Category Hits for named category: Search for recordings with specific category.
- Category Hits for any category: Search for recordings with any category hit.

You can access and use the ASC Copilot Agent directly from a Teams chat during an ongoing call or meeting
How to open the Copilot in the chat window
- Open any chat, either a 1:1 or a meeting chat.
- Click on the
next to the chat input window. - Search for ASC Recording Insights.
- Choose between pre-filters that are hidden in the dropdown menu.
- Enter a prompt to search for recordings or start/stop the recording.
