Excel Export

The Excel Export function allows you to download the recordings as XLSX file. The table settings are taken into account, i.e., only the active columns are downloaded and the order is retained.

Conversation

Conversation ID

Unambiguous ID of the conversation.

Media |hasAudio

Value indicating whether the conversation contains audio. The following system information is displayed:

  • 1 = Yes
  • 0 = no

Media |hasVideo

Value indicating whether the conversation contains video. The following system information is displayed:

  • 1 = Yes
  • 0 = no

Media |hasScreen

Value indicating whether the conversation contains screen content. The following system information is displayed:

  • 1 = Yes
  • 0 = no

Media | has chat

Value indicating whether the conversation contains chat content. The following system information is displayed:

  • 1 = Yes
  • 0 = no

Media | has files

Value indicating whether the conversation contains file content. The following system information is displayed:

  • 1 = Yes
  • 0 = no

Date

Date when the conversation took place.

ConversationType

Assignment of the conversation type.

Owner

Name of the recording owner.

Participants

Number of participants, followed by their user ID.

To Do

Value indicating whether the conversation contains a To Do. The following system information is displayed:

  • YES = contains To Do
  • NO = contains no To Do

Archived

Value indicating whether the conversation is moved to archived. The following system information is displayed:

  • YES = moved to archived
  • NO = not moved to archvied

Conversation Safe Folder

Value indicating whether the conversation is added to a Conversation Safe Folder. The following system information is displayed:

  • Empty field = not added to a Conversation Safe Folder
  • Name of one ore more Conversation Safe Folder(s) = added to a Conversation Safe Folder

Start

Start time of the conversation. The time is displayed in 12 hours for AM and PM.

Duration

Duration of the conversation. The time format 00:00:00 used, which represents hours, minutes, and seconds.

TTL

Time that the recording is available before it's automatically deleted.

Notes

Value indicating whether the conversation contains notes. The following system information is displayed:

  • YES = contains Notes
  • NO = contains no Notes

transcript

Value indicating whether a transcript of the conversation is available. The following system information is displayed:

  • YES = transcript is available
  • NO = transcript is not available

Scenario ID

Unique ID of the recording.
