Add Conversation Safe Folder

Click on the button Create Folder.
The following window is displayed:

Legend	Option / Function	Description
1	Name	In the Name field, enter a unique name for the new Conversation Safe Folder that does not already exist. NOTICE! When saving the Conversation Safe Folder, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another Conversation Safe Folder.
2	Description	Enter additional information and details about the Conversation Safe Folder in the field Description.
3	Allowed in Policy	The Conversation Safe Folder is selectable in Policy workflow when creating a new Policy. This defines which Conversation Safe the recording should flow into based on a specific policy rule. Activate or deactivate the box as required. / Allowed in Policy.
4	Assigned to	Define for which users, groups or tags the Conversation Safe Folder is available. Click in the field Assigned to. Select one or several users, groups or tags from the drop-down list to access the Conversation Safe Folder. Click on Clear All to remove all users in the field.
5	Folder permissions	Activate or deactivate the boxes as required. / Add Conversations: Conversations can be added to the folder by the assigned users. / Remove Conversations: Conversations can be removed from the folder by the assigned users. / Export Folders: The Conversation Safe Folder can be exported by the assigned users.
6	Limited Access	Display or hide different partial views for users in the detail view of the recording. No: User can see everything. Yes: User can only view specific details. The view can be expanded to include these elements: / Transcript: / Analytics Change: / Analytics Results: / Notes: / TTL: / Custom Fields: / Metadata: / Quality Management: / Replay Conversation: Activate or deactivate the boxes as required.
