Export Type

  1. The data for the export is made available in different information and/or CSV files.
    From the drop-down list in the field Export Type, select the export destination.
  2. The following export types are available:
    BlobStorage
    EVOlPneo
    Hubstor
    Bloomberg Vault
    SFTP/FTP
    AWS S3
    eKontakt
    AuditLogSFTPCustom
    Azure Datalake
    Audit Event
    NeoTransfer

Description of the export types

Export type BlobStorage

  1. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type BlobStorage.
    Example: AccountName=<name>; AccountKey=<key>

Export type EVOlPneo

  1. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type EVOIPneo.
    Example: AccountName=<name>; AccountKey=<key>

Export type Hubstor

  1. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type Hubstor.
    Example: AccountName=<name>; AccountKey=<key>

Export type Bloomberg Vault

  1. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type Bloomberg Vault.
    Example: host=<id>; port=<port>; username=<username>; password=<password>; voiceuploaddir=/Voice/; reconciliationdir=/Reconciliation/Voice; customString=<customString>

Export type SFTP/FTP

  1. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type SFTP/FTP.
    Example: host=<id>; port=<port>; username=<username>; password=<password>; voiceuploaddir=/Voice/

Export type AWS S3

  1. From the drop-down list in the field Default Region, select the region.

The default region defines the storage location to which the bucket is exported.

Optional:

You can provide a public PGP key for the export rule. This PGP key serves to encrypt all files before exporting them to the customer’s AWS S3 storage.

  1. Tick the check box PGP Encryption to activate file encryption with PGP.
  2. The button Upload is displayed.
  3. Click on the button Upload to upload and save the public PGP key. Depending on your operating system, the installed file manager opens.
  4. Microsoft Windows: The Windows Explorer opens.
  5. Select the respective file and click on the button Open.
  6. The selected PGP key file is uploaded to Recording Insights.
  7. The selected PGP key file is displayed.
  8. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type AWS S3.
    Example: keyid=<id>; accesskey=<key>

Export type eKontakt

  1. Click on the button Upload to upload and save a key file. Depending on your operating system, the installed file manager opens.
  2. Microsoft Windows: The Windows Explorer opens.
  3. Select the respective file and click on the button Open.
  4. The selected key file is uploaded to Recording Insights.
  5. The selected key file is displayed.
  6. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type eKontakt.
    Example: host=<id>; port=<port>; username=<username>; password=<password>; voiceuploaddir=/Voice/

Export type AuditLogSFTPCustom

  1. Click on the button Upload to upload and save a key file. Depending on your operating system, the installed file manager opens.
  2. Microsoft Windows: The Windows Explorer opens.
  3. Select the respective file and click on the button Open.
  4. The selected key file is uploaded to Recording Insights.
  5. The selected key file is displayed.
  6. From the drop-down list in the field select Audit log type.
  7. Activate the check box to add one or several audit events.
  8. Deactivate the check box to remove an audit event from the list.
  9. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type AuditLogSFTPCustom.
    Example: host=<id>; port=<port>; username=<username>; password=<password>; voiceuploaddir=/Voice/

Export type Azure Datalake

  1. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type Azure Datalake.
    Example: host=127.0.0.1; port=2222; username=tester; password=password; voiceuploaddir=/Voice/

Export type Audit Event

•   Interval One Time
Recordings are exported from the configured time on.

•   Interval Periodical
A CSV file for the export must be provided in the SFTP server.

All results since the last export are saved.

  1. Click on the button Upload to upload and save an export file. Depending on your operating system, the installed file manager opens.
  2. Microsoft Windows: The Windows Explorer opens.
  3. Select the respective file and click on the button Open.
  4. The selected audit event file is uploaded to Recording Insights.
  5. Click in the field Audit log type.
  6. Select one or several audit log event types from the drop-down list which are supposed to be exported.
  7. See table Selectable audit log types.
  8. In the field Storage Connection String, enter the name/character string of the connection for the export type Audit Even.
  9. Example: host = <ip>;port=<port>;username=<username>;password=<password>; voiceuploaddir=/Voice/

The fields Storage Container Name and Storage Root Directory are not used.
