Upload
Here, you can upload your saved audio and video recordings to Recording Insights. The files are stored in the Azure Blob storage, to which Recording Insights has access. The files are analyzed, which takes a few minutes. The audio or video recordings are displayed in the Recordings tab.
Upload file - Language Speech To Text Analysis rule
- Upload a saved audio or video recording to Recording Insights.
- After uploading the recording, the transcription starts automatically.
- Once transcription is complete, the uploaded recording is displayed in the tab Recording.
Multiple files cannot be uploaded at the same time. Wait until the first file has been uploaded and transcribed before trying to upload another file.
The transcript takes about as long as the call itself.
- Click on the button Language for transcription.
- The displayed language has been preset in the user rules.
- From the drop-down list, select the language spoken in the recording.
- Click on the button Upload File. Depending on the operating system, the installed file manager of the operating system opens.
- Microsoft Windows, Windows Explorer opens.
- All permitted file formats are displayed in the dialog box of your Windows Explorer under Custom files:
- Select the respective file and click on the button Open.
- The selected file is uploaded to Recording Insights transcribed and saved.
- The recording is displayed in the tab Recording.
