Suspend deletion processes for all conversations of a tenant

This function enables tenants to suspend the deletion processes for conversations to avoid that conversations are deleted during a running check.

WARNING! Authorizations for the suspension of the deletion process must be activated in Configure access & right, see Create and Edit Rules.

Description

Suspend deletion processes for conversations

  1. Activate the check box Suspension of all conversation deletion process to suspend all deletion processes.
    • Manual deletion of conversation by single or bulk operation. The deletion button is no longer available.
    • Automatic deletion after retention time (TTL). Automatic deletion is suspended.
  2. The following information is displayed:
  3. Click on the button Yes to save the change.
  4. The deletion of conversations has been deactivated.
  5. Click on the button No and the change is not saved.

Activate deletion processes for conversations again

  1. Deactivate the check box Suspension of all conversation deletion process and all authorizations to delete conversations are available again.
  2. The following information is displayed:
  3. Click on the button Yes to save the change.
    • Manual deletion of conversations has been activated. All conversation that are supposed to be deleted after the end of the retention time (TTL) are deleted.
  4. Click on the button No and the change is not saved.
