Tab Recording Profiles

Not only recording rules but also recording profiles can now be assigned to a user. The recording profiles combine several profile rules.

The use of recording profiles offers the following advantages:

• One Profile combines multiple rules that will be checked top down if they are applicable to a conversation. The first rule with a recording command or prohibition will be taken into account.
• Individual retention time per media record offers the flexibility to assign different retention times to different media types.
• Specify media to be recorded by conversation type to differentiate the need for recording of different content more granularly.
• Quality management filter for recording (Version 1: schedule only) .
• Use of different announcements according to Conversation Type.
