Add Profile Rule

  1. Click on the button Create Profile Rule.

  • Keep/Delete

Recorded Media and Retention Time

Configure which media should be retained for how long, see 4 | Recorded Media and Retention Time.

Content:

  • Audio
  • Video
  • Screen Share
  • Same retention time for all media
  • Retention time per media

Announcement

Define the announcement that should be played at the beginning of a call recording, see 5 | Announcement.

Content:

  • Apply Profile Settings
  • Microsoft Default (PSTN/Teams)
  • PSTN Recording Notification
  • No Announcement (Silent recording)
  1. All settings are made.
  1. Click on the button Create to create a new Profile Rule.
    Click on the button Delete to delete the Profile Rule.
    Click on the button Close to discard the settings.
