Profile Rules
Various default settings for conversation recording can be made in the Profile Rules. Individual Profile Rule settings can be defined in the following areas:
- Conversation Types (Inbound, Outbound, Internal, Meeting Intern, Meeting Extern)
- Filters (Participants, Call Queue, Meeting Organizers, Meeting Attendees, Meeting Subject, Scheduling)
- Recording Types
- Recorded Media and Retention Time
- Announcement
