5 | Announcement

The announcement is displayed in a call window to inform the participants about a recording. The information is displayed in a banner and announced acoustically by a bot.

Recording Profiles Announcements

Legend	Option / Function	Description
1	Apply Profile Settings	Uses the announcement rule that is added in Profile, see Edit Profile number 2.
2	Microsoft Default (PSTN/Teams)	Banner: A banner indicating recording is displayed in the call window. Announcement: In addition, a Microsoft announcement is played in English.
3	PSTN Recording Notification	Banner: A banner notification for recording is displayed in the call window. Announcement: Based on the country code, the announcement is played in the corresponding country language. NOTICE! For detailed description, see PSTN Recording Notification.
4	No Announcement (Silent recording)	Banner: No banner will be displayed. Announcement: No announcement will be played.
