Job Name

1. In the Name field, enter a unique name for the new Import Job that does not already exist.

NOTICE! When saving the Import Job, an error message is issued if the name is already used for another Import Job.

Enabled

Activates/deactivates the import job.

• On: Import job is executed according to schedule.
• Off: Import job is not executed.

Interval

Specifies when or how often the export job is executed.

• One Time: Import takes place at the specified start time.
• Periodical: Import takes place at regular intervals (e.g. month, day, hour, minute).

Import Type

Defines the format of the import and the associated information. List of available import types, see Import Type

Storage Connection String

Connect to the storage location by using a string, e.g. AccountName=<name>;Account Key=<key>;

Storage Container Name

Enter the name of the target folder. The Default Storage Container Name is ascexport.

Check Validity

Press the button to check if the connection string is correct and if the name is unique.

Remaining Retention Time Import Source (in days)

Enter the number of days for which the imported data should be stored in the source directory of the import memory. The default value is 1 day.

Specifies how long the imported recording remains available within Recording Insights if no transmission takes place. The default value is 730 days.

User Mapping

The way in which imports are assigned to users.

NOTICE! Dynamic display of User Mapping.

1. Choose if this is a User to User or User to Compliance Officer Mapping.
   User to User: The imports are assigned to the same user (identical email address or UPN).
   User to Compliance Officer: The imports are assigned to a single, specific user, e.g. compliance officer, and the app can be shared with other users. This function is used to efficiently assign conversations from a one time import to a central contact person.
   
2. Select a user from the drop-down list to whom the imports are to be assigned.

NOTICE! Only one user can be selected.
This setting is only permitted for one time import jobs. Periodical import jobs are not permitted.
Without the Extended Import Key, all import calls are assigned to this user.

User Filter

Define a Fallback user. If no user can be mapped to the recordings, the fallback user will be used. Click on the field Fallback user. Select one or several users or groups from the drop-down list to map the imports to.

Processing Region

Determines the geographical region from which the data is to be imported.

NOTICE! The processing region should be the same as the continental region EU, USA, APAC.
