Tile view

The tile view provides a clear display of the recordings, sorted by date (newest first). By default, the conversations of the last 7 days are displayed. The order of the recordings cannot be changed. When you select a recording, the detailed view opens, see --- FEHLENDER LINK ---.

  1. Click on the icon to change to tile view.

Date

  • Date of the recording
  • Displays To Do for post-editing of custom fields, check boxes, deletion requests, restore requests, and other shares.

Number of recordings on that day

Displayed when ≥ 12 recording per day are created.

  • Click on the field to display or hide all recording of this day in the tile view.

Conversation Type

  • = Inbound Calls: Calls coming in from external numbers.
  • = Outbound Calls: Conversations aimed at external targets.
  • = Meetings: Meetings with several users or conferences.
  • = Internal Calls: Conversations within the organization.
  • = Chat: Conversations in text form.
  • = Uploaded Calls: manually uploaded files.

= The recording has been saved in the conversation safe.

X Number of participants

x = number of participants

Type of recording

= audio recording
= video recording
= screen recording
= chat recording

Meeting (example)

Displays the title of the recording:

  • Manually uploaded recordings = file name, recording ID
  • Discussion, name of the discussion
  • Name of the participants
  • Chat and name of the participants

Displays the owner of the call.

Start time

Displays the following start time:

  • Beginning of the call for audio and video calls
  • Beginning of the meeting
  • Beginning of the chat

Duration

Shows the duration of the recording.

Start the preview of the recordings to get a brief insight into the content of the conversation. Only the voice recording is played back.
Stops the preview of the recording.
