Detail view of recording

Here, additional information about a recording is displayed which has been generated automatically or activated or entered by the user (e. g. tags, notes, and fields).

It depends on your user rights which of the described functions are available.

The following information and functionalities are displayed:

Display screen and video recordings
Display participants of the conversation
Replay of recordings
Display bar for spectrograph and detected emotions
Automatic identification of important conversation content in the audio recordings
Transcript of the recording
Translation of transcript into other languages
Automatic identification of keywords
Manual entry of notes
Additional information for user-defined fields
Display retention time, save or delete conversations
Display and restore an archived conversation

1	Header	Displays the header of the recording.
2	Display audio, video or screen recordings	Displays all audio, video or screen recordings belonging to this recording. Example: There are 3 types of display: 1 x display of shared screens 2 x display for users’ audio or video See Display audio, video or screen recordings
3	Replay bar plus spectrograph	Displays the replay position. See Replay recordings. The recording is displayed in half-waves.
4	Detail information	Displays the following information and functionalities: Date of the recording Start: Beginning of the call for audio and video calls Beginning of the meeting Beginning of the chat Duration of recording Type of recording Incoming Outbound Meeting Internal Recording ID Automatically recognized language of the recording Conversation safe (2) Is displayed if the recording has been saved in the conversation safe. The number in brackets indicates the number of directories the recording has been saved in. Hover the mouse cursor over Conversation safe (2) to display the conversation safe directories.
5	Participants	List of all speakers of the recording in alphabetic order.
6	Tabs	Displays transcripts and other information. Offers additional functionalities such as translating a transcript into other languages or changing the deletion date. 7	Tab Transcript: Search	Searches for content in the transcript, see Searching for content in the transcript
8	Tab Transcript: Download	Carry out conversation export of the recording, see Download. The following export settings are available: Download Audio Download All Data Download Metadata Download Metadata + Transcript
9	Tab Transcript: Translate	Translate transcript to one of the available languages, see Translation of transcript
10	Tab Transcript: Transcript	The function Transcript transcribes the recording manually, see Carry out transcript manually.
11	Archived conversation	Depending on the user rule, the following information and functionalities are displayed, see Detail view of the archived conversation. Indicates that the conversation has been archived Restoring an archived conversation with restore request. Restoring an archived conversation with restore approval.
