Recording details and metadata

The detail view of the recordings offers a comprehensive and detailed display of individual conversations. The tab allows displaying screen recordings, video recordings, and participants. Recordings can be replayed and checked while a display bar visualizes the spectrograph and detected sentiments. Important call content is highlighted automatically while a transcript of the recording allows displaying the text of the recording and translating it into other languages. Keywords are highlighted automatically; users can add notes manually and view custom fields. The detail view helps with in-depth analysis and efficient processing of the communication recordings.
