Visualization of the recording

The visualization of the recording offers a graphical display of the recording in half-wave form. This offers an intuitive and clear analysis of the recording as you can highlight sentiments, keywords, and policies. This allows tracing the occurrence of peculiarities in the course of the conversation directly.

Replay

  1. Click on the icon to start the replay of the recording.
    • Replay of screen and audio starts.
    • NOTICE! Chats cannot be visualized. Chat are displayed in the tab Transcript within the timeline, see Tab Transcript.

Position marker

The position marker indicates the current replay position.

There are two options to change the current replay position:

  1. Click on any replay position.
  2. Left-click on the position marker, hold the mouse key down and drag the position marker to the required position.

Sentiment display

The audio track of the recording is displayed as a half-wave with the different sentiments highlighted in color. This offers a comfortable overview of occurrence, intensity, and time.

Possible colors:

  • Dark gray indicates unsuspicious, neutral sections without classifiable text.
  • Light gray indicates unsuspicious, neutral sections.
  • Green indicates positive sections.
  • Red indicates negative sections.
  • Yellow indicates that the sections cannot be associated clearly as negative, positive or neutral.

Keyword and Policy

Highlights the positions where certain keywords and/or policies appear. The icons facilitate navigation and analysis of the recording by visualizing essential information.

  1. Hover the mouse cursor above the respective icon to display a short description of the keyword or policy.
  2. Click on the respective icon to jump to the corresponding position with the position marker .
