Replay recordings

Keywords

Keywords can be displayed upon demand.

1. Tick the check box to display or hide the icon to display keywords on the replay list.
• Hover the mouse cursor over the icon to display the corresponding keyword.

Start replay of a recording.

1. Click on the icon to start the replay of the recording.
• Replay of screen and audio, video or audio starts.
• NOTICE! Chats are displayed in the tab Transcript within the timeline. Chat are not read out loud.

The position marker indicates the current replay position.

There are two options to change the current replay position:

1. Click on any replay position.
2. Left-click on the position marker, hold the mouse key down and drag the position marker to the required position.

Policies

Policies can be displayed upon demand
If policies have been mapped to the recording, then the field Policies is displayed when clicking on the tab Policy.

1. Tick the check box to display or hide the icon to display policies on the replay list.
• Hover the mouse cursor over the icon to display the corresponding policy.

The icon indicates that a keyword and a policy have been mentioned at this position.

The audio track of the recording is displayed in half-waves.

If sentiments have been detected, they are highlighted in color on the half-wave.

In the following, you find a description of the possible color markings:

• Dark gray indicates unsuspicious, neutral sections without classifiable text.
• Light gray indicates unsuspicious, neutral sections.
• Green indicates positive sections.
• Red indicates negative sections.
• Yellow indicates that the sections cannot be associated clearly as negative, positive or neutral.
