Tab Policy Rules
The policy rules allow defining the criteria for analyzing the conversations. Policy rules serve to logically combine criteria from keywords, categories, patterns, and adherence phrases with AND or OR. In the tab Policies, policy rules can be assigned to certain users or groups.

This view displays the policy rules in 2 sections/folders and the content in columns.
Predefined sections/folders:
- Template policy rules, for predefined rules
- Custom policy groups, for custom rules
