Tab Policy Rules
The policy rules allow defining the trigger types for analyzing the conversations. In the policy rules, trigger types from Keywords, Categories, Patterns, Adherence phrases, and AI Questions can be combined logically (AND, OR). In the tab Policies, the policy rules are assigned to users/groups.

In the view, the policy rules are displayed in 2 areas and the contents in columns.
Predefined sections:
- Template policy rules, for preconfigured rules
- Custom policy groups, for user-defined rules
