Tab Policy Rules

The policy rules allow defining the trigger types for analyzing the conversations. In the policy rules, criteria from keywords, categories, pattern recognition, mandatory statements and AI questions can be logically linked (AND, OR). In the tab Policies, the policy rules are assigned to users/groups.

  • Policy Rule Templates: Policy Rules preconfigured by the AI.
  • Custom Policy Rules: Policy Rules configured by the customer.
