Tab Policy Rules
The policy rules allow defining the trigger types for analyzing the conversations. In the policy rules, criteria from keywords, categories, pattern recognition, mandatory statements and AI questions can be logically linked (AND, OR). In the tab Policies, the policy rules are assigned to users/groups.

| Refresh view | Refreshes the view of the current tab. |
| Close | Dynamic display on tab Settings. Return to the main settings tab. |
