Tab Policy Rules
The policy rules allow defining the trigger types for analyzing the conversations. In the policy rules, criteria from keywords, categories, pattern recognition, mandatory statements and AI questions can be logically linked (AND, OR). In the tab Policies, the policy rules are assigned to users/groups.

In the view, the policy rules are displayed in 2 areas and the contents in columns.
- Policy Rule Templates, for preconfigured rules
- Custom policy groups, for user-defined rules
