Select trigger type Keyword categories
The keyword categories contain the keywords specified for certain analyses.
Create and edit keywords in categories, see Create category.
In the tab Settings > User Configuration > Categories, created categories are visible for all authorized users.
In the tab Compliance > Categories, created categories are visible for users with a compliance license only. Authorized users with a compliance license can see all created categories.
Add trigger type Keyword categories
- Click in the field Trigger types to select the trigger type Keyword categories.
- Click on the button Add to add the trigger type Keyword categories.
Add or remove category
- Click in the field Select category.
- Select one or several categories from the drop-down list.
- To select one or several categories, activate the corresponding check box.
- Deactivate the check box to unselect a category.
- Click in the field Select category to close the drop-down list.
Behind the trigger type Keyword category, the number of selected categories is displayed in parentheses.
Logical operation of several keyword categories
- Click in the field Select area to add to define the connection of categories with AND or OR.
- Click on the button AND or OR to logically connect several keyword categories.
− Select AND if the selected categories are supposed to apply.
− Select OR if at least one category is supposed to apply.
Delete trigger type Keyword categories
- Click on the icon to delete the trigger type Keyword categories.
