Open AI
Open AI offers you a range of functions to analyze transcripts.
To use Open AI, an additional Compliance license (AI Policy Engine Add on) is required.
To activate the tab Compliance, follow the instructions in the administration manual in: Recording Insights > Configure Recording Insights > Settings > Rules > Access & Rights > Configure user rights > Compliance

2 | Summary | The AI compiles a short summary of the call from the transcript of the recording. This function offers a quick overview of the essential content of the conversation. |
3 | Sentiment | The AI analyzes the mood of the call based on text. Sentiments are deduced from the transcribed text and assessed. Such an analysis required coherent communication; individual words are not sufficient. |
4 | Open question | Offers in-detail answers to transcript-related questions. |
5 | AI Question | An option allowing you to ask questions directly in the detail view without having to add them to the AI policies previously. This function serves to check potential questions immediately before adding them to the policies. The answers are restricted to the content of the transcript and render Yes/No. Yes answers include an explanation. No answers are meant to be read as “not yes”. This implies that vague answers or situations which cannot be answered clearly with a Yes are interpreted as No. |
