Open AI offers you a range of functions to analyze transcripts.
An additional compliance license (AI Policy Engine Add on) is required to use the AI Assistant.
To activate the tab Compliance, follow the instructions in the administration manual in: Recording Insights > Configure Recording Insights > Settings > Rules > Access & Rights > Configure user rights > Compliance

2 | Summary | The AI compiles a short summary of the call from the transcript of the recording. This function offers a quick overview of the essential content of the conversation. |
3 | Sentiment | The AI carries out a text-based sentiment analysis of the conversation. Emotions are derived from the transcribed text and interpreted. Such an analysis required coherent communication; individual words are not sufficient. |
4 | Open question | Offers in-detail answers to transcript-related questions. |
5 | AI Question | An option allowing you to ask questions directly in the detail view without having to add them to the AI policies previously. This function serves to check potential questions immediately before adding them to the policies. The answers are limited to the content of the transcript and offer yes/no answers. Yes answers are reasoned. No answers are to be understood as not yes. This means that answers that express uncertainty or situations in which no clear answer is possible are also interpreted as NO. |
