Dashboard

You can use several dashboards to group the content of reports. This allows optimizing the workflow and administrating access for relevant users.

Create and manage your own dashboard folder for various tasks.

Take the authorizations for the individual roles from the authorization table, see Authorizations.

Pin Dashboard

With Pin Dashboard you can define a specific dashboard as the default view, which is automatically loaded first when the tab is opened.

  1. Click on the button Pin Dashboard to lock the displayed dashboard.

NOTICE! You can change the fixation of a dashboard to another dashboard at any time.

Dashboard User

Dashboard User is a dashboard template that is automatically loaded first when the tab is opened as long as no other dashboard is pinned (see point 1). Dashboard User is a drop-down field.

  1. Click on the arrow to select a different dashboard.

Create dashboard

You can configure and add a new dashboard with Create dashboard. Dashboards allow you to group specific reports.

Change Dashboard

You can use Edit dashboard to change an existing dashboard.

NOTICE! Dashboard templates cannot be edited.

Delete Dashboard

You can use Delete dashboard to delete an existing dashboard.

NOTICE! The Delete function can be found under Edit dashboard. Dashboard templates cannot be deleted.
