To Do

Within the tab To Do tasks are listed that need to be executed by the recording owner. The task is to approve or reject a request. Following requests could be possible:

To be able to see and use the options, see administration manual Recording Insights > tab Settings > User Configuration > tab Rules > Access rule for user access - user rights > Bulk operation.

  1. Click on the tab To Do.
  2. Select one recording.

Menu

When selecting a recording the function menu will appear above the table. It contains following options:

  • Export: Export the selected recording as XLSM file.
  • Transcribe: Transcribe the selected recording.
  • Delete: Final deletion of the selected recording.
  • Restore: Restore an archived recording.
  • Move to Conversation Safe: Add a recording to a Conversation Safe Folder.

 

Export

Recordings can be exported as XLSM file. There are three options to export recordings:

  • Export data: Exports all data of the selected recordings.
  • Export transcript: Exports only transcripts of the selected recordings.
  • Export metadata: Exports only metadata of the selected recordings.
  1. Select one or more recording(s).
  2. Click on Export.
  3. Choose one of the three option, for example All Data.
    Following window will appear:

4. Enter a File Name.
5. Type in a ZIP Password so only you can exit the ZIP file. NOTICE! The password must be at least 8 characters long.
6. Retype the ZIP Password to confirm the first entry.

Click on Cancel to discard the export.
Click on Export to confirm the download.

 

Transcribe

Recordings can be transcribed.

  1. Select one or more recording(s).
  2. Click on Transcript. Following window will appear:

Click on Cancel to discard the transcription.
Click on Transcribe to confirm the transcription.

 

Delete

Recordings can be deleted.

  1. Select one or more recording(s).
  2. Click on Delete. Following window will appear:

Click on Cancel to discard the deletion.
Click on Delete to confirm the deletion.

 

Restore

Recordings can be restored.

  1. Select one or more recording(s).
  2. Click on Restore. Following window will appear:

Click on Cancel to discard the restoration.
Click on Restore to confirm the restoration.

 

Move to Conversation Safe

Recordings can be moved to a Conversation Safe Folder.

  1. Select one or more recording(s).
  2. Click on Move to Conversation Safe. Following window will appear:

3. Choose an action. Decide whether you want add or remove the conversation to or from a Conversation Safe Folder.
4. Select the Conversation Safe Folder you want to add or remove the recording to or from.
5. Click on Cancel to discard the move to Conversation Safe Folder.
Click on Move to confirm the move to Conversation Safe Folder.

Columns

Shows if a recording is listed in the To Do, Archived or Conversation Safe section. To add and reorder the columns, see List View.
